My back and abs are so sore from yesterday’s workout! I did a 15-minute NTC ab workout (try it, it’s terrible), then I went to antigravity yoga (1 h) and before going to bed I did kuklarusskaya’s stretch + strengthen routine.
I’m having breakfast (green tea + full fat yogurt, mixed berries, almonds, cinnamon and some chocolate chips), then going for a walk/run (HIIT maybe?) but I have to stretch before that. Always stretch a bit before a run! Not too much, just to get your musces ready! :)
I started eating more fats (full fat yogurt, olives, cheese, olive oil) and I noticed that my intake is much more balanced in terms of nutrients and calories. I also eat less carbs and I’m not restricting or anything, I just don’t feel the urge to eat a whole loaf of bread anymore. Do you eat full fat?
