Intake so far

Br: some plain low fat yogurt (got up late, I know)

Snack: whole wheat sandwich with some nutella and strawberries. Awesome!

Lunch: some turkey breast + spinach + salad + parmesan cheese + potatoes

Snack: frozen yogurt w strawberries

Dinner: fish, cherry tomatoes, salad

It’s probably not enough but my fridge is empty and I’m going back home tomorrow so  I guess it’ll do.

Lunch: seitan burgers w Parmesan cheese + apples w cinnamon

L: banana + 4 diet crackers + other diet crackers (dunno how many!)

S: black tea (red fruits flavour)

D: asparagus soup + one slice of 5 cereals bread + cherry yogurt

I didn’t eat nearly as much as I needed to today…but I wasn’t hungry at all! I’ll do better tomorrow..Not counting calories today!

Intake: around 600 kcal

Br: skimmed milk + All Bran

Sn 1: cherry yogurt + green tea

L: turkey rolls with salad and cheese (x 3) + 2 rice cakes

Sn 2: coffee + aperitif (pizza etc…a bit too much but I really needed this!)

D: spinach burger + grilled veggies + apple with cinnamon 

Plan for tomorrow

Br: skimmed milk with All Bran and one spoon bran

Sn 1: half an apple/yoghurt

L: turkey rolls, homemade (one slice turkey breast with salad and one egg inside) + two rice cakes

Sn 2: half an apple/yoghurt/coffee

D: spinach burger + cherry tomatoes

Sn 1: green tea

L: cucumber and half an apple

Sn 2: Balisto x2 + 6 squares dark chocolate + half an apple + orange and cinnamon black tea + half a cookie (TOO MUCH. I DIDN’T NEED ALL THAT CHOCOLATE!)

D: kamut vegetarian pizza (tomato sauce + grilled veggies, so yummy! around 500 kcal)

Tot in: around 900 kcal

Tot out: dunno, I’ll go for an abs + legs workout, I just need to wake up tomorrow with a flat stomach and the feeling that I haven’t gained any weight. I’ll be 44 kgs (97 pounds) by Saturday, it’s a promise! :)

Br: skimmed milk + vitasnella fruit cracker (apple and cinnamon)

Sn 1: strawberry yoghurt 0.1% fat

L: two eggs + 100 gr cottage cheese + cucumber

Sn 2: one rice cake + 9(!!!) dark chocolate squares

D: asparagus soup + apple mousse

Tot in: around 930 kcal 

Tot out (1h aerobics): 300 kcal

Today’s total: 630 kcal

Not bad at all, but I could definitely eat more veggies and fruit instead of all those carbs..I’ll do better tomorrow!
